We can offer you the challenge of community as well in residential care and we will, as a matter of course provide full training to ensure you meet our high standards. We will also fully support you in developing your care qualifications and will give you help and support right up to the new Diploma in Health and Social Care. We also offer:
- Pay rates that start at £7.50 p/h up to £14.25 p/h + mileage allowance
- Free training & support, up to and including Health and Social Care Diploma
- Free private health care plan if you work just for Everycare
- Further enhancements available for greater flexibility (i.e. company car)
- Flexible hours, weekdays, evenings, weekend and nights available
- Full and part time hours available

Having your own vehicle is an advantage, especially for community care, but having a highly flexible and caring attitude is much more important. Previous care experience is preferred but we are interested in speaking to people who are flexible with their time and interested in a rewarding career in care.
